2nd to 5th floor:
Supply and fitting of interior cladding with chestnut veneer with vertically running grain on a fireproof MDF base measuring 19 mm in thickness to ensure B-s3 and varnished using M1 fireproof varnish, attached chemically to 60 x 40 mm section, autoclave-treated pine slats.
The outer walls include interior rock wool insulation measuring 60 mm in thickness and 40 kg/m2 in density.
Between the window and the interior cladding is an “L”-shaped profile made of 304 AISI stainless steel, with a 80 x 80 cm section and 2 mm plate thickness to separate the window from the interior cladding and allow for movement of the Warema blind along the window. The finish of the stainless steel involves blasted treatment using glass spheres as a surface finish.
The interior cladding of the installation centres also hides cabinet doors with 3D adjustable hidden hinges made by Blum to leave the door completely flush to the interior cladding.
On the ground floor, the interior cladding is separated from the windows using an “L”-shaped AISI 304 stainless steel profile measuring 6 mm in thickness to guarantee the BR2/S of the glass.
