All of the wood on the roof is Flanders, treated twice in an autoclave with organic salt for type of use 3.
The initial autoclave treatment involves the colourless fungicide and insecticide protector CORPOL PF3 as a fungicide and insecticide product.
The second autoclave treatment involves the coloured fungicide and insecticide protector CORPOL PF3 with fungicide and insecticide properties. The formula of this treatment includes pigmentation to protect the wood from photo-ageing caused by UV rays and to provide fire protection for the wood and, as an open-pore product, the paint does not crack.
All connecting screws are made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
The construction system is based on vertical autoclave-treated Flanders pine beams measuring 90 x 90 mm, attached every 70 cm along the axis to two horizontal UPN sections on the metal structure using stainless steel screws.
The 145 x 30 mm autoclave-treated Flanders pine board fitted open-joint with a space of 4 cm between the panels, attached using stainless steel screws to the vertical wooden beams.
The roof wall cladding includes a sliding door to exit the service gondola and a folding door to access the gondola area:
• Two-piece sliding door measuring 650 x 315 cm, made of an autoclave-treated Flanders pine structure and the same panelling as the walls. Hung on a metal profile with a guide for industrial doors by SAHECO ref. SF/500 and two guides at the bottom.
• One-leaf folding door measuring 210 x 90 cm, made of an autoclave-treated Flanders pine structure and the same panelling as the walls. Hung on a wooden frame attached to the metal structure pillars using stainless steel screws.
